Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the device in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and cables included to ensure a successful inspection.

  Pickup & Refund

  Our courier partner will collect the package within 48 hours; your refund or replacement will be processed immediately after the unit passes our technical audit.
